Because we cannot always tell which of these applies to a particular visitor, we use the same consent-first approach for everyone: non-essential cookies are switched off until you accept them.

Working without non-essential cookies
This website is built to work fully without analytics or other non-essential cookies, and that is how it runs today. If we introduce analytics in future and you decline, the site will work in exactly the same way; declining would only mean we cannot measure usage on your visit.
